I was not listening to others and opposed almost every point. I believed that agreeing meant losing, which kept me restless and never calm.
The sessions were very well designed- time flew by without me realizing it. The meditations before and after the sessions were powerful and helped me think deeply. I opened doors to past experiences which I had always avoided because that was a nightmare and now accepted them as a part of me, and that acceptance brought calmness.
Writing a letter to someone I couldn’t express myself to was very impactful. My anger reduced instantly. Out of nowhere, I got the chance to confront that person face to face, and because of that now I have no grudges mostly and I feel relaxed and lighter.
