Artificial Intelligence is Rising: But Human Consciousness Is Still the Real Superpower
8 April 2026

Artificial Intelligence has become a topic that no one can resist talking about for a long time now.
New tools are getting updates / launched almost every week. AI is writing articles, generating graphics and videos and what not. It is exciting and fearful at the same time.
A common fearful thought arises: If most of the activities are being done by the machines, what is left for us as individuals?
It’s not new to be fearful of rapid changes happening. My clients have been asking what to do with all the uncertainty and I always keep reminding them the kind of power we, as humans, truly possess.
While AI is advancing rapidly in the intelligence part, there are two domains that most of us are not talking about: the emotional intelligence and spiritual awareness. These domains are also a foundation of human consciousness. A quality that fundamentally differentiates us from machines.
A machine can write about love, but it cannot have the feeling of love. It can not experience compassion.
Human consciousness is about being aware of our thinking. The ability to observe our thoughts, discover hidden beliefs, and consciously choose new perspectives to shape our realities.
Today, we are consuming more information than ever before, which is creating noise and chaos in the mind. But with all this information consumption we really need to ask ourselves “Are we really becoming more aware, or just being more informed??”
My take on this is to let AI do what it can do. Meanwhile, we can focus on healing emotional wounds, releasing old belief patterns, becoming self aware and conscious of our thoughts which can help us in shifting our reality.
As Louise Hay said “Our thoughts create our reality”. To create our own positive reality we must be consciously choosing positive thoughts. At first we might not understand the power of thoughts, however it becomes easier as we increase our understanding of the metaphysical world and how we can shift our consciousness to have a better life.
In the quiet moments when we pause and ask ourselves:
- What beliefs are shaping my life?
- What thoughts am I feeding every day?
- What patterns am I ready to release?
We get aware of our inner being. These answers cannot be found outside. They can only be discovered within.
As technology advances, it is vital for us to slow down and reconnect with our inner being.
It is a quiet space where clarity emerges in the form of intuitions and where healing begins.
So here is a gentle question for you to reflect on today:
In times of uncertainty, what can I do to become more aware of myself?
